He is again at the top of most markets for the upcoming spring’s ‘Big Three’; Caulfield Cup, Cox Plate & Melburne Cup.

Notwithstanding, the emergence of the outstanding DUAIS was yet another highlight. The 4yo, with a sharp turn of foot, was dominant winning the Australian Cup (Gr1) & Tancred Stakes (Gr1) to add to her brilliant QLD Oaks (Gr1) win.

With multiple Group winning sprinter SWAT’S THAT, more Group 1 mile victories by MR QUICKIE and blistering performances by Group One winning Oaks fillies EL PATRONESS & MEDIA AWARD, it’s fair to say it’s been quite an 18 months for Shamus Award!

His ability to upgrade his mares is well documented and the versatility at being able to produce sprinters of the highest class through to Group One performers at a mile and beyond is a rare and unique ability for any sire.
