THE TAB EVEREST

TAB Everest Day at Royal Randwick is one of Sydney’s showpiece sporting and entertainment experiences with the world’s best sprinters competing in the $20 million The TAB Everest, the world’s richest race on turf to be run on Saturday 19 October, 2024.

The TAB Everest brings together the best sprinters from around the world to chase a slice of the $20m in prizemoney at Royal Randwick on 19 October, 2024.

The format of Sydney spring racing showpiece features 12 starters over 1200m with horses nominated by slot owners who have paid to secure a slot (starting position) in the race.

The slot owner has the right to nominate their own horse for the race, sell their slot or do a deal with the owner of another horse to share the prizemoney.
