About the Trainer
The Toorsinaa colt has been entrusted to Matt Cumani, a trainer who has mastered the art of conditioning Dundeel’s progeny. He has secured second, third, and fourth-place finishes in the Victoria Derby.

This colt represents Matt’s ambitious quest to finally capture that elusive Derby trophy.

Sire: Dundeel
Dundeel was a six-time Group 1 winner and a champion middle-distance performer. He is now one of the leading sires in Australiasia. He has a great track record of producing Group 1 stars, including Super Seth (Caulfield Guineas), Castelvecchio (Champagne Stakes), Celestial Legend (Randwick Guineas), and Militarize (Sires’ Produce and Champagne Stakes). All of these colts headed to stud with Super Seth and Castelvecchio now proven stallions, while Celestial Legend has just covered his first book and Miltarize returned to racing after fertility issues.

His progeny excel particularly from a mile plus, with a great record from 1600m to 2000m. Notably, his colts perform at an elite level, doubling the Stakes-winning rate and prizemoney earnings of his fillies. With Super Seth and Castelvecchio well on their way, Dundeel is firmly established as a “sire of sires.”

Dam: Toorsinaa (by I Am Invincible)
Toorsinaa showed immense natural speed, winning over 1000m as a two-year-old in a brief three start career. She hails from a high-speed family. Her dam, Shaaheq, was the runner-up in the Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes to Star Witness. Shaaheq has proven to be an exceptional producer, with 100% of her racing progeny becoming multiple winners.

Toorsinaa carries the same genetic potential to be a standout producer.
