We love buying well bred colts who have shown talent at the races/trials, drop them back in grade, have them gelded and see them improve out of sight.

It’s a strategy that has worked for us time and time again.

Endeavour was a terrific run on debut finishing a close 4th in a really strong Sydney maiden. He was shuffled back to the tail of the field, they walked from the corner but he powered home late in restricted room. Second placed Queen’s Gamble has won her last two races at Sydney metro grade, whilst the third placed Piedmont won a Super Maiden at her next start and was beaten just over a length in the Group 3 Ming Dynasty at Rosehill last Saturday.

Endeavour’s trial back in July was also impressive, finishing third right beside recent Group 3 winner Plagiarism.

The form around Endeavour is extremely strong.

Endeavour is by the hottest stallion in the country right now in Home Affairs. The son of I Am Invincible has made a terrific start st stud, being crowned Champion first season sire where he has sired 7 stakes winners in his first season including Group 1 Golden Slipper winner Guest House.

Dam Sweet Sister is a Snitzel mare who has already produced black type performer Supreme Idea.

Endeavour was a $360,000 yearling purchase.

Endeavour has been gelded post his previous run at Newcastle and is due to return to full work in the next fortnight.

Endeavour is registered for the Magic Millions race series and the plan is to aim him towards Magic Millions maiden race over the Gold Coast Carnival in early 2027.

He is also BOBS eligible.

Endeavour will be transferred to Matthew Dunn at Murwillumbah with opportunities such as Highway races in Sydney, Country Championships and Kosciusko also options as his career unfolds.
