The Xtravagant Filly has an elegant head with an intelligent, kind eye. Broad gullet and nostrils, a powerful neck and shoulder, deep girth and a backside you could rest your dinner plate on. On second inspection we caught her at dinner time, at the end of a long hot day. She was alert but calm, clearly edging to get back to her feed pot. Despite being ready for dinner and no doubt tired, she paraded beautifully with a long loose walk powered by her strong shoulder and hip – there’s no question she will gallop.
