2024 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sales Purchase

Our first purchase of the new year and I couldn’t be happier with that fact. We’ve secured lot 827 from Magic Millions January Yearling Sale. A Capitalist filly out of a tried and proven stakes family.

The dam was a winner at 2 years over 900 metres, her progeny are currently proving themselves on the racetrack with the first foal – a filly by Vancouver – already a winner last season, and the full brother to our filly currently under my tutelage and impressing us daily. Her pedigree is of deep quality with champion sprinters impressive 2 year olds frequenting the female line.

The nicking stats speak volumes of her expert breeding. With double Danehill back in the 5th generation producing 9% runners to stakes horses, and Written Tycoon over Not a Single Doubt producing a whopping 17% stakes horses.

She’s athletic and robust, and just looks like an early running type of filly. I was searching for a 2 year old this year, and I think I’ve found her.
