We thrilled to share an exciting development from KO Thoroughbred Racing. At the Magic Millions January Sale held at the Gold Coast, we have proudly
acquired Lot 49, a powerful colt by the superstar Group 1 winning stallion ‘Justify’ and out of the royally bred and consistent producing mare ‘Port
Augusta’. Striking early on Day 1 of the sales, this colt provided an exceptional buying opportunity.

By ‘Justify’, the only unbeaten Triple Crown winner EVER. ‘Justify’ raced on six occasions, winning every one of them by a combined 24 lengths
including the Gr.1 Kentucky Derby, Gr.1 Preakness Stakes & Gr.1 Belmont Stakes. Locally, ‘Justify’ was the leading first season sire in 2022-2023.
His progeny include the ultra impressive ‘Learning to Fly’ who won the Gr.2 Reisling Stakes, Gr.3 Widden Stakes & Listed Inglis Millennium
(R) for Annabel Neasham. ‘Justify’ has most recently produced the UNBEATEN Group 3 B.J. McLachlan Stakes and 2024 Magic Millions 2 Year
Old Classic winner ‘Storm Boy’. ’Storm Boy’ is now subject to a $50M purchase offer by Coolmore Stud, who stand ‘Justify’. In the Northern
Hemisphere, ‘Justify’ has produced 6 individual Group 1 winners including ‘Arabian Lion’ and ‘City of Troy’.

Out of ’Port Augusta’, a beautifully bred mare by Encosta De Lago who is a 1/2 sister to Champion Sire ‘Holy Roman Emperor’ and multiple stakes
winner Millanova. ’Port Augusta’s’ yearlings have always been the pick of catalogues with her 1/2 sister commanding $1,000,000 at the Inglis Easter
Yearling Sale along with other high-priced progeny fetching $600,000 & $500,000.

On pedigree, with only two mares on the catalogue page, this colt has a real stallions pedigree and could be a sire in the waiting. He is physically
imposing thoroughbred, yet well balanced and was a favourite amongst the draft of Coolmore yearlings at the sales. Post-purchase, this colt has been
transported from the Gold Coast and will enjoy a two-week respite in an open-air paddock. This period of rest is essential for his well-being, allowing
him to acclimate before embarking on his transformation from a yearling to a thoroughbred racehorse.

Under the expert guidance of Chris Munce, a renowned Group 1 winning ex-jockey and now a celebrated Group 1 trainer, he will commence his training
at Eagle Farm. To ensure his utmost fitness and potential, comprehensive pre-purchase evaluations including veterinary examinations, endoscopic
evaluations, and radiographic screenings were conducted. His pedigree and potential have been highly commended by Arthur Hoyeau, a distinguished
professional bloodstock agent from Winfield Bloodstock Agents in France, marking him as an exceptional investment.

We are offering a limited number of syndication shares for this promising colt. Shares are available from $11,111 with each share including the following:
