We are thrilled to share an exciting development from KO Thoroughbred Racing. At the Magic Millions January Sale held at the Gold Coast, we have
proudly acquired Lot 24, a remarkable filly by the Group 1 winning stallion ‘King’s Legacy’ and out of the dual stakes-winning mare ‘Paprika’. Striking early
on Day 1 of the sales, this filly provided an exceptional buying opportunity.

By King’s Legacy, the only dual Group 1 winning 2YO by Redoute’s Choice. King’s Legacy hails from the inaugural Magic Millions winner in Snippets.
King’s Legacy, himself was a $1.4 million yearling through Magic Millions.

Out of Paprika, the mare as dual stakes winner, winning her first 4 starts including the time honoured C.E. McDougall Stakes (L) & Tommy Smith
Slipper (L). Paprika then lined up in the Magic Millions 2 Year Old Classic running 2nd by the narrowest of margins to eventual Gold Slipper winner,
Phelan Ready. Paprika has had 6 foals to race with ALL being winners including the stakes placed Canadian Spice and the highly regarded Kris Lee’s
Chilli Filly.

On pedigree and type this filly has a real presence about her and looks to be an early 2 year old type. She will be aimed at competing in the early 2 year
old races of the season with the goal of competing in the 2025 Magic Millions 2 Year Old Classic.

Post-purchase, this filly has been transported from the Gold Coast and will enjoy a two-week respite in an open-air paddock. This period of rest is
essential for her well-being, allowing her to acclimate before embarking on her transformation from a yearling to a thoroughbred racehorse.
Under the expert guidance of Chris Munce, a renowned Group 1 winning ex-jockey and now a celebrated Group 1 trainer, she will commence her training
at Eagle Farm. To ensure her utmost fitness and potential, comprehensive pre-purchase evaluations including veterinary examinations, endoscopic
evaluations, and radiographic screenings were conducted.

Her pedigree and potential have been highly commended by Arthur Hoyeau, a distinguished professional bloodstock agent from Winfield Bloodstock
Agents in France, marking her as an ‘exceptional investment’.

We are offering a limited number of syndication shares for this promising filly. Shares are available from $4,444 with each share including the following:
