Lot 54 Magnus x Fast Legend – A lovely type, good walker, x-rayed, scoped clean and looks like his father.

By Magnus (Flying Spur), one of the best value stallions in Australia. A top 20 Australian sire by winners in 2021/22. Sire of 23 Stakes winners including 4 Group 1 winners and 14 starters that have earned over $1 million dollars in prizemoney. Currently sits 28th overall of the General sires table for 2022/23 with 65 individual winners so far for the year.

From the unraced mare Fast Legend (NZ) by Makfi who now stands in Japan. Makfi is a son of outstanding sire Dubawi who is now a rapidly in demand broodmare sire. With stallions such as Green Desert, Irish River, Sir Ivor and Val de Loir on his dam’s side, Makfi looks a great prospect to do well as a maternal grandsire. As a broodmare sire Makfi has already had 162 runners for 82 winners including 42 two year old winners.
