This quality filly is initially being offered exclusively by the Stable of Stars Racing Club in collaboration with Swettenham Stud and Bjorn Baker Racing

She is our 2nd lease filly in our partnership with Swettenham Stud and our first with Bjorn Baker

Swettenham Stud needs no introduction…being one of the most well-known elite thoroughbred farms in the World

Swettenham have been owned by the Sangster family for a lifetime and they have a deep and rich history that is famous for producing top quality racehorses

Bjorn Baker is a well-known name in the training ranks and his record of producing winners at all levels is exemplary

This exceptional bay or brown filly has been fully educated with some impressive reports from both the team that handled her as well as Swettenham themselves

She was successfully broken in by Troy Stephens of Palm Equine, who loved her.

She has been further educated and has been pre-trained by Matt Vella, one of the most experienced and respected in the country

She is now at Bjorn’s Warwick Farm stables, having her 3rd prep – and Bjorn is suitably impressed – she should be off to the Barrier Trials any day now

Bjorn has liked this filly from the first time he saw her and he was the under bidder for her at the Magic Millions Gold Coast National Sale earlier this year. Bjorn is ecstatic to be getting her into his stable

Her pedigree is very strong with black-type and winner-producing family members throughout

Our filly was foaled 11 October 2021 and she has been leased by the Stable of Stars Racing Club until the end of her 4 year old racing season

We have a further option to extend the lease to cover her 5 year old racing season

Swettenham Stud are keen to keep her as a broodmare prospect when she finishes racing and that is a huge endorsement from them of the filly’s potential

Swettenham have commented – “She is a cracking type, purchased by the best in the business in John Foote” for Swettenham Stud

Swettenham believe that this filly is ‘the pick’ of all fillies that they purchased this year and they originally planned to offer her to some of their best long-term clients but they commented that “we love what you’re doing and would be thrilled to have this filly race in the combined Sangster / Stable of Stars colours!”

She is certainly sharper than the typical Reliable Man, being out of fast Duporth mare Thelittleracketeer – 4-time winner over 1000-1200m, incl 2yo debut win in town.

Reliable Man is a sire based at Westbury Stud in New Zealand and he has been having a great run of winners in both countries over the past 12 months

As a sire, Reliable Man is known to be a great sire of females.

His 3 Gr.1 winners Miami Bound, Inspirational Girl & Miss Sentimental are all females, as well as stars Annavisto & Renaissance Woman.

Her Vet Report, Scope and X-Rays have come through as ‘low risk’ with nothing to prevent her being a racehorse.

This girl was so impressive at the sales that we have heard that the Magic Millions auctioneer even called to try and secure a share in her

She is currently in Bjorn’s stables for her 3rd prep where he thinks she will get to the barrier trials and then off to the races.
