He’s by Champion New Zealand sire, Savabeel out of Group 3 placed mare, Gold Spice. This colt hails from the same family as Listed winner Poser.
Savabeel boats a consistent record of 72% per cent winners to runners ratio and 11% stakes winners to runners ratio. He has sired 32 Group 1 winners. He is sire of our own dual Group 1 winner, Mo’unga.
He’s a beautiful mover and has a balance frame to fill out into.
We bought him in partnership with Stuart Boman who has bought our most successful European horses including Zaaki, Top Ranked and My Oberon.
