2024 Inglis Premier Yearling Sale Purchase

I was so excited to secure this Tagaloa filly at the Melbourne Premier Sale for only $50,000. She’s a really impressive individual, she’s got great strength through the shoulder and hindquarters and powerful gaskins. She’s built for speed and looks like she’s going to be an early runner. I don’t think I’ve ever brought a filly with a pedigree as strong as this girl. Her dam is English bred by Champion stallion Shamardal who’s first two foals are by Frankel and I Am Invincible. Yulong have had great success with their new stallions Grunt and Alabama Express by breeding them to quality mares just like this one. Lake Hamana’s first foal by Vinnie was breed in Australia sent to the UK to win a stakes race and then breed to Frankel and sent back home. The family is being breed up and there is too much black type to count on her page and only last week English Rose a chestnut filly out of our dam’s sister easily won a Group 2 race.
