2yo Filly Out Of An Unraced Half-sister To 2 Group 1 Winners!

THE SIRE

Our eye-catching filly is by “The Everest” winner YES YES YES, one of the fastest horses from the ENCOSTA DE LAGO line.

As a 2yo he won the Group 2 Todman Stakes in record time.

As a 3yo he won “The Everest”, breaking the track record at Randwick, a record that still stands, beating 10 individual Group 1 winners on the day, including 9-time Group 1 winner NATURE STRIP.

THE DAM

The unraced Dam, MA JOIE, is a three-quarter sister to Group 1 winner ARLINGTON ROAD, and a half-sister to dual Group 1 winner and twice Champion Female Sprinter, 10-time winner JOIE DE GRISE.

MA JOIE is the grandaughter of one of the greatest Broodmares in modern Australian racing, DENISE’S JOY. A 4-time Group 1 winner herself, her direct descendants have produced a staggering 76 individual Stakes Winners. Including an incredible 15 individual Group 1 winners, combining to win 31 Group 1 races. The most famous of all, 8-time Group 1 winner MORE JOYOUS.

THE FILLY

A strong type and a lovely mover, her X-rays were clear and she scoped a Grade 1.

She is paid-up for the lucrative Inglis Race Series and BOBS Bonus in NSW.

She is now in work with Marc Chevalier at Hawkesbury and ran 3rd in her first Trial on 16th April at Hawkesbury. She will have one more Jump Out/Trial before heading to the races. We have targeted the $200,000 Inglis Challenge at Scone for her this preparation.
