Marc Conners

Marc trained his first metropolitan winner, Stellarwood at Warwick Farm on December 6, 1994.  With only a small stable Marc has trained Camino Rose to win the Group One Coolmore Classic at Rosehill Gardens, Crown Princess to win the Group Three MRC Thoroughbred Club Stakes, Western Beau the Heritage Stakes at Rosehill, Mr Martini the Group Three Kingston Town Stakes at Rosehill and My Middi the Listed Jayco Cup at Caulfield.  Who can forget Mr Clangtastic who thrilled the crowds with his bold front-running style to take out the Group Three Colin Stephen Quality at Randwick and the Listed Wyong Cup.  Other good winners have been Nan Tien and Rinehart.  Marc also likes to win Country cups.  His first was the Wyong Cup with Aphasia.  Others have been Mossurmi (Coffs Harbour and Nowra Cups), Morosi (Gundagai Snake Gully Cup) and Pimpala Secret (the Hawkesbury Guineas).  Other horses that were purchased for small prices and have proven to be great money earners are Didntcostalot, Fiftyshadesofgrey and Super Too.
